Jesse: When I was in first grade I cried everyday. Really, without exception, everyday. Uh, so much so that the bus driver, every Friday, if i didn’t cry everyday that week would get everybody candy on Friday.
Conan: The bus driver told everyone ‘You’ll all get candy if Jesse doesn’t cry the entire week’?
Jesse: The entire week, yeah. So every Friday you’d hear from like 2 blocks away everybody chanting on the bus ‘Don’t cry Jesse! Don’t cry Jesse!’ And that’s how I knew the bus was coming.
